Another Set of First Time Homebuyers CLOSED!

This sweet couple closed on their first home just a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier for them! Caroline reached out to find their first home, and we were under contract less than ONE week later. 

We got an accepted offer for LESS than list price, and negotiated great terms on inspections.
