Jeff or Tami will be the main contact throughout the entire process. You will have the same person throughout the whole transaction. Karson handles behind the scenes paperwork as our Transaction Coordinator. She is a licensed Realtor and our Marketing Expert.

We are prior business owners of a successful National Pizza Franchise. We ranked in the top 5% Nationally for Little Caesar’s Pizza.  We both have a strong background in sales and marketing. Jeff was a Divisional Sales Manager for a food manufacturing company. Tami was a marketing director, loan processor and loan officer.

Over the years we’ve had many designations and continued education. We are a members of the Realtor Association.  We’ve had the ABR and CRS certification. We enjoy and love what we do.

Selling a home is a team effort, and we have perfected a strategic plan to get our listings sold for top dollar and quick in competitive markets. Since 2001, our sale-to-list is 100%. This means that every home we have listed, has sold. We are very aware of the expense and stress the process can be for our sellers. We are here to guide and listen.

When working with buyers, we have strong negotiation skills. We have excellent relationships with fellow realtors. We will go above and beyond for what is right and helps our clients. In this competitive market, we do the best to represent you. That may be telling the seller about you, a family photo or a letter from you. Every situation is unique, but you will always have us in your court. 

We would like to talk with you personally about commission. It will be between 5%-6%. We use a professional photographer for photos and virtual tour. We also use ShowingTime to track the showings and receive feedback. Furthermore, we have a marketing expert that runs campaign ads to showcase your house on the necessary platforms and in the best light.  

We do have an initial lisitng agreement that will be signed. You are free to cancel, without penalty, at any time.

We will communicate with you in whatever way you prefer. We are great with phone calls, texting and/or email.

Experience, experience, experience. We also PHYSICALLY go preview other homes that we think are your competition. We will sit down with you and go through the market analysis of your neighborhood and a 1-mile radius. We will show you what the market is doing and where we think you need to be.  We have spent 100’s of hours working with a professional stager and have been in 1000’s of homes. We are honest and will convey to you what the market is doing, and where we believe your house should be listed at.
