When Is The Best Time To Buy Or Sell? Should I List Now? Should I Wait Until The Spring?

We often get asked this question: When is the best time of year to buy or sell a house? 🍂☀️❄️

 

Here’s the thing, in other parts of the country, the real estate market can be very seasonal, but in Florida, it’s not. ☀️ People up north are going to want to time the market to sell their house more in the spring and summer, versus the winter months. ☃️

 

In Florida, there is always activity happening… We have snowbirds coming in, the summer months are busy, kids are out of school; there are lots of variables factoring into the market all year round. 🏡

 

Now don’t get me wrong, we may experience some lulls in the market, but those typically aren’t for a long period of time. 📈
