Sellers can go into the title company before the scheduled closing date and pre-sign the required documents. 🖊

Buyers must sign their documents on the day of closing- they cannot do this prior to. 📃

Here is a quick rundown on what the closing day for a buyer may look like:

Complete final walk-through
Go to the title company
Sign all paperwork
The signed paperwork gets sent back to the lender to review
Paperwork is approved
The transaction is funded

Once the transaction is funded, THEN the buyers will receive the keys to their new home and can start moving in, AND the sellers will receive their funds. Both parties are happy and the transaction is complete. 🥳
