Try to be as competitive with your offer as possible. If you are able to put down a stronger earnest deposit- do it. If you can close in 30 days instead of 45 days- do it. Ask for 10 days on inspections instead of 15. All of the little details add up and will make your offer appear stronger than others.

 

It’s so important that your agent has strong communication skills and presents your offer in the best manner. Sometimes picking up the phone and having a verbal conversation about your offer and situation makes all of the difference.
